These terms apply to anyone registering for training or membership with Henos Soccer Academy ("Henos"). By registering for a session or membership, you agree to the terms below.

Program eligibility

Group training is open to players age 5 and up, boys and girls, with no upper age limit. 1:1 personal training is available at any age.

Membership and payment

A one time registration fee of $100 applies when a player first joins, along with the first month of membership ($150), for a total of $250 due at signup. Every month after that is billed at $150 per child. Payment is accepted by Zelle or card.

Assumption of risk

Soccer training involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury. By registering a player, a parent or guardian acknowledges this risk and agrees that Henos Soccer Academy and Coach Awet Berhane are not liable for injuries sustained during normal training activities, except where caused by gross negligence.

Photo and video release

Henos may photograph or record training sessions for use on this website and social media. Contact us if you do not want your child included in these photos or videos.

Cancellation

To cancel a membership, contact Coach Awet directly by phone or email. Cancellation requests should be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
